Guac & Chips

Ingredients

  • 1-2 avocados (preferably Hass because that has the superior/creamier texture but any will do)

  • 1/3 red onion

  • 1/2 tomato

  • Small handful of coriander

  • squeeze of lemon or lime juice

  • chips/pitta/more veg to dip

  • seasoning: garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper

Recipe

  1. Halve and scoop out avocado flesh and smash with a fork into a bowl

  2. dice all other vegetables as small as possible and add to bowl

  3. chop herbs and all to bowl

  4. Squeeze citrus and add in all other seasonings
