Air Fried Potato Slices
Ingredients
1-2 large potatoes
1 tbsp of heat-stable oil
Spices of choice: paprika, garlic, salt and pepper, etc
Recipe:
Wash potato and dry with a clean kitchen towel
Slice into thin slices, coat in oil and spices
Place slices into an air fryer and cook at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes
Transfer to a plate and enjoy quickly to ensure you eat them whilst they’re hot and crispy!
