3 Ingredient “Icecream” (Vegan!)
It’s almost Summertime now in Australia and that means mango season! This recipe is a perfect way to use up your leftover mango and to cool down during the Summer.
Ingredients
2 medium mangoes
1 can of coconut milk (preferably BPA free)
1 tsp- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar (this will depend on the ripeness/sweetness of the mango)
Recipe
Add in all ingredients to a blender until the texture is completely smooth
Pour into a freezer-safe container (or even a popsicle tray for individual servings!)
Wait 3-4 hours and enjoy!
