3 Ingredient “Icecream” (Vegan!)

It’s almost Summertime now in Australia and that means mango season! This recipe is a perfect way to use up your leftover mango and to cool down during the Summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium mangoes

  • 1 can of coconut milk (preferably BPA free)

  • 1 tsp- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar (this will depend on the ripeness/sweetness of the mango)

Recipe

  1. Add in all ingredients to a blender until the texture is completely smooth

  2. Pour into a freezer-safe container (or even a popsicle tray for individual servings!)

  3. Wait 3-4 hours and enjoy!
